How to Join Our Team?

1. CV

When a new specialist is required, we post a vacancy and gather a large number of CVs from our candidates. Our HR managers thoroughly review each CV to develop a profile of the potential employee.

2. Test Task

If the candidate's abilities and expertise match the opening requirements, we will contact him or her to ask numerous questions and provide a test task (just in case the checking of competencies is essential to the vacant position).

3. Interview

If a test task is completed successfully , we will invite the individual to an interview. It is carried out by at least two persons, including the human resources manager and an expert from the division responsible for the vacancy.

4. Job offer

We make a job offer based on the outcomes of the preceding processes. A new employee will go on probation after accepting it. The choice on the next team member will be made in a few months.
